Do you travel to me? Yes — mobile notary serving Jacksonville and surrounding areas. A travel fee applies based on distance: $25 within 10 miles, $40 for 11–25 miles, $60 for 26–40 miles, and a custom quote beyond that.
What documents can you notarize? Common documents include Power of Attorney, real estate deeds, affidavits, and wills, along with general notarizations.
Do you offer wedding officiant services? Yes — wedding ceremonies and vow renewals, in addition to notary work.
How much does notarization cost? General notarization is $10 per notarial act (Florida's statutory cap), plus the applicable travel fee for your location. A standard Zone 1 appointment during business hours typically runs $35 total.
How far in advance do I need to book? There's no strict minimum, but appointments requested with less than 24 hours' notice may carry a minimum $25 rush fee, subject to availability. A $25 non-refundable deposit (credited toward your total) secures your appointment at booking.
